I join your community sales tour virtually (Zoom/FaceTime/Teams) as your RN Care Advisor, helping you ask pointed, clinically-relevant questions in real time.

Focus areas: staffing coverage, medication management, escalation pathways, acuity limits, dementia/behavior response, and safety processes.

Deliverable: Written debrief with what I heard, what it likely means, and recommended follow-up questions.

Rapid Response Placement Support

$950

For time-sensitive situations (hospital/rehab discharge pressure, sudden caregiver loss, safety concerns, or rapid decline) where demand exceeds supply and fast decisions are required.

Starts with a 60-minute triage call (often same-day) to clarify needs, constraints, and non-negotiables.

Deliverable: Clear shortlist + red flags + recommended next steps to secure safe placement quickly.

Rapid Response — Pricing & Scheduling

$950 includes up to 5 hours of priority support within a 72-hour window (effective $190/hr).

Additional time (if needed): $175/hour, billed in 15-minute increments.

After-hours/weekend availability (when possible): $225/hour.

If you prefer to start smaller, book the Standard Consultation (60 minutes) for $150 and we can escalate to Rapid Response if warranted.

Live Tour Advocacy — Scheduling Note

Because this involves multiple parties, please book at least 72 hours in advance when possible.

If the tour runs long or requires additional follow-up, additional time is billed at $150/hour (in 15-minute increments).

Ongoing Family Advocate (Monthly)

$400–$1,200/month

Best for: Families who want steady support through transitions, changes in condition, or ongoing advocacy needs.

Includes: 1–3 calls/month (depending on tier) + email support + meeting prep and escalation coaching.

Clinical/Risk Snapshot (Rapid Assessment)
